By accessing or using Captiq ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Captiq provides AI-powered video captioning, an online video editor, and related tools. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to videos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We never use your footage to train models.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, or abuse the Service (including circumventing plan limits).

5. Plans & Billing

Paid plans bill in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Caption minutes reset monthly; rollover terms are described on the pricing page.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time; your content is removed within 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Captiq is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
